Get a refund for a Premium purchase

Premium subscriptions can be made through 3 different platforms and each of them has different methods to request refunds:

  • Hole19 Website: If you subscribed to Premium on the Hole19 website, please contact us and our team will help you find the best solution.

  • in-app purchase (App Store): If you subscribed to Premium through your iTunes account that means your subscription is tightly controlled by Apple and, unfortunately, we can't manage these subscriptions on your behalf.   • in-app purchase (Google Play Store):  If you subscribed to Premium through your Google Play Store account that means your subscription is tightly controlled by Google and, unfortunately, we can't manage these subscriptions on your behalf.
